I'm not really a fan of "the" Les Paul, but I've never seen Jimmy Page play anything else.
I like him (Les), I like his music (esp. when his wife sings along) & I *really* liked his other invention, multi-track recording. When it comes to guitars, I've never wanted a Les Paul.
