Thanks, Dan. I was wanting to take a photo of the birds lined up along the barrier but the wind & tide were not cooperating and I didn't have the patience to try and get closer.
It was a nice day though. Each time I go there I find myself being able to paddle for longer so it's nice to see the time in the gym is having an effect.
