Thanks Christine. I used a Gisteq flashlamp to light the interio for the 
video.. It has 198 LEDs and mounts on the hot shoe. Uses a lithium ion battery 
from a Sony video camera. I use it for fill lighting on stills as well. Se;;s 
fpr arpimd $190.
