Mark, Keep in mind that on Android, none of the browsers that I've tried (Firefox, Chrome, Opera) supports color management.
I don't know how it is on iPhones, but as far as I know, all browsers there are using the same "kit" - for the core (made by Apple), so, they are all likely behave similarly with respect to color management.
