Nice example of butterfly lighting. Love the big catch-lights in her eyes. Nits to pick? Although there isn't really a "low" shoulder, this strikes me as a masculine head tilt. (At least I would say it is not a feminine one).
Hands are difficult. Normally if you "break" the wrist the hands/fingers will assume a more "feminine" look. To achieve that, for naturalness sake, that would probably mean that her top hand would be on her bicep, not her forearm.
