Boris, You need to visit Minneapolis in winter - Moscow like winter, -10 to -20 Fahrenheit, to balance the 100 to 110 degree summers. You saw that walkway over the street in the middle of Don's photos. Those keep the citizens out of the cold or hot. There is a network of those throughout downtown. Regards, Bob S.
