I like it. You've got him at a pretty nice angle and pose. I'm not very fond of Canada Geese as our shores and parks are often overrun with them. Very messy things.
Regarding Flickr: there's been a bit of a backlash against Flickr-hosted PESOs of late. The user interface drives a few vocal PDML members to distraction and several won't even go there. Trouble is, there's no single photo-hosting site that makes _everyone_ happy so you might as well pick one that works for you and stick with it. I'd say the majority of PDMLers are okay with PESOs on Flickr. One work-around for Flickr's annoyances is to post a Flickriver.com link to your image instead of the native Flickr link. Flickriver's UI is simpler and doesn't randomly toss you into an annoying Ken Burns dizzying slideshow. I too am a Flickr user for various reasons including it being well supported in Lightroom.
