Here's a link to a short video on Photofocus with an overview of the differences between DSLRs and m4/3 cameras. It includes a link to a free 10-day trial on lynda.com so you can watch the entire class. I haven't seen the whole class so I can't vouch for it. The overview was mildly interesting and short.
