I have not mentioned it in this thread, but I did in a similar post I
made on PentaxForums this morning.
Under the PRIME III family I grouped the "K3?, 645DII?, FF?"

A poster on dpreview's Pentax forum wisely (i think) suggested that
Pentax's progress has been delayed in waiting for this Fujitsu
Milbeaut version 7 image processor to be able to bring these products
to market. Thus the K-5II/IIs as stop-gap models that offered ONLY
improvements in the AF system (and the lack of an anti-alias filter in
the case of the IIs).

I would expect (as some have conjectured) that this K-3 body type is
capable of supporting either an APS-C or a FF sensor within it's
cavities.
