Bruce, you are absolutely right. Best I could have done at 100mm was f4.5. I
would love a fast lens but they are a bit out of my price range. Perhaps I
should investigate my Super Tak 135mm f3.5?

I see why you mentioned the ears. The background does compete with the
subject a little. Would have been nice to have a 300/2.8 handy to get some
nice blur.
