I should say that Bob does have a point and that it dovetails somewhat with your theme. Editing is a great example of the invisible effort you're talking about, and consumers don't generally give any thought to it until it doesn't happen.

It's just that I happen to think people are entitled to some forbearance to that end when it comes to discussions among friends.
