I think that if you read it carefully, he says that for *most* people
there is no advantage to full frame, ASSUMING THAT YOU CAN GET THE 
LENSES YOU NEED.

He also pointed out that certain lenses with specific fields of view
are only available in full frame.  Note that you can always crop a 
full frame field of view image down to APS, but you can't add pixels
that the sensor wasn't able to capture.

The short form is you can't just blindly say that one technology is better
in all situations.
