Stan, Yes, they send the 1st partial order with the premium delivery called for... Then they send the 2nd partial order via UPS Ground. :-( I suppose it matters not as UPS Ground from NYC is 2nd day delivery. I still wouldn't have paid another $30 to get next day air. Regards, Bob S.
