Pyres are very cool dogs. The people we got our Belgian from were
having problems with coyotes so they got a couple of Pyrenees from
silly city people who didn't realize that the cute little balls of fur
they were buying were going to morph into snowdrifts with attitudes.
I was one of the few people outside of their family that got along
well with them. The coyotes stopped being a problem immediately.

Bentley was just a flat-out great dog with an amazingly gentle
disposition and a bark that would scare off anything short of a
bulldozer. He had a little rat terrier buddy from a couple doors down
who used to drop by and pal around with him while he made his rounds on
the property.
I bet that little guy is going to miss him something fierce.
