The one that was obviously the equivalent was Agfa Ultra 50.  Sad to
say, it is no longer made.  It was discontinued a year or two ago.  So
what remains - Konica Impressa 50 is quite similar, but handles
contrast better - not quite as good in subdued light ( I use to use
Agfa Ultra and Konica Impressa together depending on lighting).  Agfa
Optima II 100 is still quite saturated.  Handles browns, reds - earthy
tones, very well.  Quite a good film for Utah red rock country.  The
only other film that I can recommend taking a look at is Fuji Reala
100.  It, too, is quite saturated, although fairly low contrast - so
things may not look as punchy.  I have even been able to use it for a
wedding - truly a great multi-purpose film.
