The little wheel on the back of the 360FGZ is used to set the flash 
compensation and also to set the intensity ratio between on-camera and 
off-camera flashes in wireless mode. 

Overall, the flash does seem pretty complicated, but I've found it to be 
fairly intuitive to use.  I haven't had to refer to the manual for a 
while.... 

Compared to thge 330 FTZ, it adds a tilt head.  Its big flaw is the lack of 
a swivel head.  Its wireless capability is really cool, though....
