Thanks Attila. He's not drinking the coffee while riding but is on his way to meet other couriers for a coffee break. They'll break outdoors because that way they can smoke.
As for what he has in his back pack, yes, envelopes and small packages. Not mail. Unlike mail he'll pick up and drop off items the same day. Sometimes dropping by "end of business day" other times in as little as thirty minutes. So sort of like the Post Office but lots faster.
