Those are superb lenses, all of them. Some say the 50/1.4 SMC Tak is the
best normal lens ever made. The other two are also ranked among the very
best Pentax glass.
I've had Spotmatics CLAed for right around $100, which included a
meter calibration. I would go ahead and fix the camera, if it's in good
physical condition.
