Very nice Mark!
Jostein, I just checked the weather for Grand Marais MI, one of the Lake
Superior lighthouse locations. 10°F, light snow. Gale warnings on the lake with
waves 18 to 27 feet. After looking at Mark's shots, I was half considering the
6-hour drive north. There is something compelling about crashing waves on a
shore, particularly with an interesting lighthouse or other man-made structure
in the frame.
But I was told I need to be here to help put up the Christmas tree, and so I'll
just enjoy Mark's images for now and wait for another time to test the K-3 in
extreme conditions.
