Yes.  It's a great lens, and a steal at that price - I paid twice that
for a lens in KEH BGN condition (with the TCs) around 15 years ago.

The only reason I got rid of it was that I picked up a Pentax A* 300/2.8
(plus the Pentax TCs). My PZ-1p had a dodgy "A" pin connection, and every
now and then it would intermittently not see the signal from the Tamron KA
adapter.  That meant I ended up with the occasional shot at f/32 (which is
what the camera interprets the lens as being set to on the "A" position).

Optically I don't think the A* is significantly better than the Tamron
