New 1.01 firmware upgrade went fine for me too. After doing that I spent another two hours tuning in the focus-adjust for my most used autofocus lenses, about a dozen of them :) Two of them (DA* 300 and FA* 400) required no adjustment at all, and the rest was all over the place including a -10 for the DA 18-135 and +10 for the Sigma 50-500.
