That must have been a sight to see. I wonder how the elephant died. Too old to 
defend itself? Can crocs take a healthy elephant?

Your comments about the turtles remind me of my South African hosts when I was 
there. Getting all excited about seeing giraffes, and elephants and buffalo and 
lions, they just went "meh!", but got themselves all excited about dung beetles.
