OK, so Lisa and I have pretty much solidified our travel plans for our upcoming trip.
We'll be arriving in London on the 11th of January (Saturday) and staying in London for the week (I talked Lisa out of going to Cambridge). We have theatre tickets for Tuesday and Thursday evenings (although the Tuesday show is contingent on the Apollo Theatre being re-opened by then as they have stated). We're doing a day trip to Oxford on Wednesday, largely so Lisa can see the Bodlian Library's exhibit on 800 years of medical history in Oxford. Considering that return trains to London run fairly late, perhaps we can connect with Cotty and company? For the rest of the time in London we're planning on seeing the Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibit at the Natural History Museum and the Astronomy Photographer of the Year exhibit in Greenwich (Bob Walkden territory fancy a pint somewhere in the neighborhood?)
