Dave are you using a Mac or a PC. If you're using a PC I found this
page with has a free batch conversion utility for k25 files.

I'd guess it's worth a try since it's free.
I also think that IrfanView has a plugin that reads gemeric Kodak
digital camera files, which might be able to open those files.
If you're using a Mac, well then nevermind...
