I've had it twice in 6 years - once in each arm. This helped dramatically: <http://tenease.com/> Highly recommended. Halves the time for recovery. It basically straps onto your arm, you place the business end over where the tendon attaches to the elbow and turn it on. It vibrates at a high rate for 10 mins at a time. Use it several times a day, and then keep going even when it starts to feel better. It promotes blood flow in the tendon for repair and also interrupts pain transmission to the brain - and I can tell you from experience that it does work. Disclaimer: no affiliation, just used it. As for the pic, lovely lighting, but am at a loss with the coily pipe thing. Interesting but not my cuppa ;-) -- Cheers, Cotty ___/\__ Broadcast, Corporate, || (O) | Web Video Production ---------- <www.seeingeye.tv> _____________________________ -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
