On 17/1/14, Christine Nielsen, discombobulated, unleashed: >OK! Now we're gettin' somewhere... that's almost devious. Love it. >Have you worked on any of those candid camera/to catch a >scumbag/entrapment kind of shows??
Yup. It was a few years ago, we filmed covertly on a bus - it was to see if anyone would give up their seat for a pregnant woman. It wasn't a GoPro as they hadn't been thought of yet - HD was still in its infancy so I guess this must have been in the 1990s. Used a small camera with the wire going up my sleeve and the recorded in a holdall, with the monitor. These days, covert filming in news needs signing off by the top level in the company - it's very rarely done. That said, in a public place with a public right of way, there's no problem legally in the UK. Filming in a supermarket could bring its own risks! -- Cheers, Cotty ___/\__ Broadcast, Corporate, || (O) | Web Video Production ---------- <www.seeingeye.tv> _____________________________ -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
