Well, I suspect it might not be really choreographed.
I just rewatched the video, and all the moves are led.
They may have agreed upon the overal flow in general ahead of time,
and practiced them, but I wouldn't be suprised if some part of the
demo was spontaneous.

That's the feature of this types of social dances: moves are led, not
memorized, and they come as an interpretation of the music.

But it wasn't my performance, - so "very nice" is not applicable to me.

As a matter of fact, I've been wondering why the video was so unsharp.
I guess the camera locked the focus onto the far portion of the dance
floor. It was shot with 17-70, which has very narrow range of the focus
ring run beyond 6 ft (2 m) distance.  While it helps fast AF, it makes
it more dificult to MF, especially in the video mode.
