Frank, I'm ambivalent about this one. Moody, yes, but… There are too many grey tones in the foreground and background to make it a stark silhouette; but too much featureless black in the subject and whatever he/she is standing on to make it work as an ordinary B&W shot.
So, I think I would like it more with either much higher contrast, or with some detail pulled out of the silhouetted figures.
