Saw this documentary about the work of James Balog recently. It shows
a really devoted photographer at work, and is extremely interesting
for his subject matter of the disappearing glaciers of the Arctic.

worth mentioning again the related book _Ice: Portraits of Vanishing Glaciers_
— i have the book and saw some large format prints of its images a few months
back; text in the book goes into the menace of climate change, but the images
themselves are compelling with or without context
