Getting married in a Denny's is just the kind of ironic thing that makes the rest of us despise hipsters. It's also the non ironic thing that would make me feel sad for anyone else who got married there.

Well, poop, re bar. But still... one wonders WHO would want to get married
in a Denny's? LOL.

Also it still leaves me wondering what a partial bar would be.

Thanks, Igor.

Marnie, that's a great, colorful shot!
I like it!

Now, please excuse me if I were to spoil your finding by telling that
there are other (very few though) Denny's restaurants that feature
a [full] bar. E.g.:
http://www.yelp.com/biz/dennys-ontario-3 (Ontario, CA[lifornia])
http://www.yelp.com/biz/dennys-everett-3 (Evertt, WA)
http://www.yelp.com/biz/dennys-bellevue-2 (Bellevue, WA)

>From what I can tell most of them [all?] are in the Western States,
not in the puritan South or even East.

However, - the one you found is unique in a different way:
it has a wedding chapel! (only in Vegas!) :-)
.. and it is a very new one, - just over 1 year old:

But your photo is much more interesting than the one in Huffinton Post.

Okay, ann will come along and tell me they have Denny's like this on the
East Coast, heh, BUT...
this is the only Denny's I've ever seen with a bar. And a FULL bar,
  nonetheless. ;-)

It is normally a very prosaic restaurant, and serves breakfast all day.
So
I guess at this place you can get a Tequila Sunrise with your bacon and
eggs...

It was in a sort of strip mall.
