I'm looking for a small, sturdy, preferably somewhat weatherresistant, good-quality and not to expensive binocular (up to about $100). Pentax have the UCF range in various models (UCF WR 8x24 for example, almost exactly $100) . How do they stand against the competition in this price range? Any recommendations?
