Look closer at that "Index" file. It should be index.html -- are you
sure yours is a folder?

One idea: save from Lr directly to your DropBox folder. Your copy
operation may be missing or corrupting a few files.

When that is right, you should grab the link to the _containing_
folder -- that one that has index.html, Content and Resources within
it.
