Yes, as I acknowledged, I rendered those too dark. I have plenty of excuses! It was in the sun and wanted to try that look, I've been traveling for the last year and edit photos in my laptop under always different light conditions, etc. :)
Jonathan--as Miserere said, the green button works as with every other Pentax DSLR. Or, shoot full open in program mode. Thanks everybody for looking!
