Mission accomplished. I got limes and another bottle of tonic.
The governor wants everyone to stay off the roads. Fortunately
there's a small grocery within walking distance of my house.
Hopefully you didn’t have to walk in the road! Wouldn’t want to annoy
the Gov.

I didn't vote for him. Don't matter to me whether he's annoyed or not.
But, I did stay on the sidewalks (where they exist).
Wouldn't be a big deal if I'd driven. The one major street I have to use
was plowed clear. I walked because I need the exercise & I don't want to
be another of those idiots out on the roads. I could handle it if I had
a job that required me to be out there, like a cop or fireman who had to
go to work, but I don't, so I get to leave the car home.
The street I live on never gets plowed. It's not important enough. For
that I have dig myself out.
Tomorrow is supposed to be up in the low 40s & I think the schools will
be open again, so all the soccer moms in their SUVs will be running up &
down the street and friction heating should take care of the slush.
I don't know what's going on with the weather right now. I went outside
a few minutes ago & there's a light misty rain AND snow falling
simultaneously.
Local weather is showing temperature & dew point the same.
