John I have been to Madison County & I like Madison County but the only
use for padlocks there is on their sheds. Those bridges are pretty &
romantic but those wood railings would not lend them selves to such
foolishness.

Jeff It did seem odd alone and I'm not sure how many people understood
why it was there at all. And maybe the Leos cut the other ones off.
