I'm not a huge fan of ink but it doesn't bother me that much either. I guess all those years with bike messengers desensitized me.
To me it just seems a waste of money. I mean her tats would have cost her thousands. Otoh one could spend it on worse things I guess... I have a friend who in his early twenties got his girlfriend's name on his forearm. They broke up shortly after. No wonder he was so broken up. All that pain and money.
