You'd have to build one. Canon once made an adapter for their
propitiatory electronic release, but not for the simple mini plug that
their lower tier cameras share with Pentax.
I was able to find a Cable release adapter RC-402 for a Mamiya medium
format camera that supported the half press and full press positions for
focus, and shutter release, and build one, but it hardly seems worth it
just to use a vintage mechanical shutter release cable.
The only reason I went through the trouble was that I have a Kilfit
pistol grip that has a mechanical trigger that uses a standard screw in
shutter release cable, and I couldn't figure out how to adapt the
trigger to work directly thus the adapter.
If you just want to use a remote release any of the inexpensive cable or
IR releases that are compatible with Pentax would be superior, and a lot
less expensive.

I have a 30m mechanical (pneumatic) cable release I used to use with
the S1a & ME Super. Is there a mechanical to electrical switch
available so it can be used with the K7?
