John, this is not Yahoo!'s problem.

The issue is that emwd.com, who hosts pdml.net's mail service, is
using Spamcop as an RBL (blacklist) service. Spamcop are fscking out
of control cowboys who blacklist anyone at a whim.

EMWD should stop configuring flaky RBLs like Spamcop. Until they do,
nobody is safe from randomly being bounced when trying to mail the
pdml.

I don't know if Spamcop are "of control cowboys" (I use and like their
services) but I know that Yahoo are irresponsible cretins who *should*
be blacklisted. They make it extremely difficult for non-Yahoo members
to report spam from their network. I blacklisted Yahoo years ago and
have never had a moment of regret.

I'd rather do PDML from Roadrunner, but the problem is that SpamCop also
blacklisted all of Roadrunner, and I was never able to get it working
with PDML again. Yahoo is my fallback.

But my current problem appears to be directly with Yahoo.
