Yeah it's that whole assembly between the concrete and steel. If I remember correctly they consist of a rubber bearing with a core of lead. I was wishing I hadn't left the dslr behind. I might have to go into town at some stage as I just remembered another shot that I'd really like to get, so maybe I could reshoot this one.
