I’ve been bitten by this before. When I set up my K-5 to update the time from GPS, and it sets it to non-DST. I tried looking in the manual for the Daylight Savings Time setting, but it wasn’t in the index.
What you need to do is go into world time, then go into the city and enable, or disable DST there.
