Had the misfortune of a large Mopane tree falling across my lawn on Wed. It
had rotted off just below ground level. In this early morning shot lurks a
camouflaged spectator. Sensitive viewers should look with caution! Cut half
of it up today. Counting the rings puts its age at roughly 60 years so it
germinated about the time the Town of Phalaborwa was established.
