Thanks for looking, Rick and Bruce. Yes, she is holding a folding white fan, that she flourishes as she extends her arms for balance. The fan posed a problem for me, as it was difficult getting an image where her posture and facial expression were interesting and appropriate and the fan was not an annoying distraction, as it apparently is in this shot.
