A house sparrow at the Johnson Nature Center in Bloomfield Hills, Mich. K-3, 
DA* 60-250, 1.4X converter, f7.1, 1/5000th, ISO 1600, 350mm combined focal 
length. Cropped to about 50% of frame. I had been shooting in some dark trees, 
thus the high ISO. Very pleased with the converter performance. Shot quite a 
few pics. The vast majority were sharp. Didn’t get a lot of good looks, but 
that was more the fault of me and the birds. You can go back into this folder 
to see a few others if you wish. Crops vary from about 30% of frame to about 
50%.
