Try RecMenu #4 - Instant Review
   Turn the Review Off.

Alternate, maybe better possibility:
   Camera On, Not in Review mode, Select Info button. May need to push it once 
or twice to rotate through. One screen shows four possible options for the 
Display - one option is Off.
