Asking prices on eBay are irrelevant. You need to look at the SOLD prices. Are you selling the body alone (not with kit lens)? The more of the original accessories, body cap, charger, etc and box you have the better if you want the top end price. I don't see many people list the number of clicks, but maybe people ask the question outside the ad description.
Top end for a body seems to be about $225. If the grip is included it will bring top end prices. Interestingly, KEH has *none* in inventory. It seems to still be a fairly sought-after Pentax body, considering its age. Good luck with your sale!
