I have a free account there. The work displayed is very high quality. I agree with Bruce about the interface, it needs some getting used to. I discovered some annoying bugs and wrote a few emails to their support. The bugs were fixed in 1-2 days. There are threads about the interface and the site in general in the Support group (Community / Groups) where you can express your concerns / opinions. There is certainly room for improvement.
