Although I was raised Lutheran, when I was growing up, I spent time
with my father's family at Orthodox celebrations of Christmas and
Easter. One of the best parts of these family gatherings was making
Pysanki, or Russian Easter eggs.
This image is a professionally decorated Pysanka, but I just may share
one of my own creations if I get the impulse.
