IOW, expect the climate change cycle to continue. Yes, I'd read something about those surprising rain stats. I understand CA just experienced the driest winter season on record.

Pensacola, where I went to flight school, received 6 inches of rain IN ONE HOUR, and it rained there for most of two days. As the NJ state climatologist told us 12 years ago: expect more severe weather, more often.
