If it were available I might buy the Premium version.
But would you need to do “a limited run”? Can’t you just specify that one 
purchase option should be Premium? 
I know that some Blurb options require that at least one copy of a given 
version must be purchased within x weeks of your upload; I’ll commit to buying 
a copy if that is what you are looking at…
