A friend and I cycled the Sarsen Trail yesterday, which is a pleasant charity ride starting and ending near Stonehenge.
Here are some shots, including some from Tuesday last week showing what to do with a piano: http://www.web-options.com/Recent/ Here's the cycle track I recorded as we made our way around: http://www.bikely.com/maps/bike-path/sarsen-trail-2014 We both did the trail on road bikes, and saw probably no more than half a dozen other road bikes out of the hundreds that were there. One guy did it on a fixie, which was pretty impressive, especially as he overtook us climbing up a hill. It was really not a mountain bike ride, much more suited to a road bike with knobbly tyres, and one roadie said as he passed us "At last - some proper bikes!". It was a doddle, really. Apart from the nuclear minefield. Here's the website. At some point the results and photos will be up. I think they might be trying to publish the results now, as the server seems to be down - it was up earlier. http://www.wiltshirewildlife.org/ B -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
